Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Open House Kit collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have, whether you are an agent using our product or a visitor who signed in at an open house.

Who we are

Open House Kit (“Open House Kit,” “we,” “us”), operated by RDNZ Media LLC, provides software that turns a single real estate listing into a set of open house marketing assets: property descriptions, flyers, social posts and captions, QR codes, visitor sign-in pages, follow-up emails, and neighborhood highlights. You can reach us anytime at support@openhousekit.app.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information. Your name, email address, and sign-in credentials when you create an account.
  • Brand assets you upload. Your headshot, logo, brokerage details, and the contact information you choose to display on generated marketing materials.
  • Listing data you enter. Property addresses, prices, photos, features, and open house details you provide to generate a kit.
  • Open house visitor sign-in data. When a visitor signs in at an open house, by scanning a QR code or using a sign-in page, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and buyer timeline they submit. This information is collected on behalf of the agent who owns the listing and is stored as a lead in that agent’s account.
  • Technical data. Standard log and device information generated when you use the service, which we use to keep it secure and working.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
  • Generate marketing assets from the listing details and brand assets you provide.
  • Store and display open house leads for the agent who collected them.
  • Communicate with you about your account and the service.
  • Protect the security and integrity of the service and comply with law.

We do not use your content or your leads to advertise to third parties.

If you signed in at an open house

When you sign in at an open house, the agent hosting that open house is collecting your information using our software, and that agent decides how your information is used, for example, to follow up with you about the property. In privacy-law terms, the agent acts as the controller of that data and we process it on their behalf.

If you would like your sign-in information accessed, corrected, or deleted, the fastest path is to contact the agent who hosted the open house. That said, we honor rights requests sent directly to us as well. Email support@openhousekit.app and we will act on your request and coordinate with the agent where needed.

How we share information

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We rely on infrastructure subprocessors to run the service, for example, Supabase, which hosts our database, authentication, and file storage. These providers process data only on our instructions.
  • With the agent who collected it. Visitor sign-in data is shared with the agent who owns the listing, as described above.
  • Legal requirements. When required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy’s commitments.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data retention

We retain account information, brand assets, listing data, and leads for as long as the associated account is active. You can request deletion of specific data, or your entire account, by emailing support@openhousekit.app. When an account is closed, we delete or de-identify its data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and database-level row security that restricts each agent’s data to that agent. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we have collected about you.
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, though, as noted above, we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise these rights, email support@openhousekit.app. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify account holders by email or through the product before the changes take effect. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
